- Work in and solely for your best interests. We WILL NOT enter into a “Dual Agency” agreement with a buyer for your home. Dual Agency is a slippery slope that too often leads, at the very least, to the perception of bias and impropriety.
- Provide you with regular progress reports, internet activity reports and candid feedback.
- Manage every aspect of your transaction from listing/purchase to close.
AND… If at any point you are dissatisfied with our service you may cancel your listing agreement/buyer’s agency agreement (prior to a written offer) with no further obligation.
